Brief report of the event(Please describe the objectives of the event and benefit (impact) to students, teachers, patients, or society):
The hybrid workshop on Art of Dissertation Writing is conducted every year by Yenepoya Dental Education Unit, YDC. It aims at fostering dissertation writing skills amongst Final year post graduate students. It helps in better quality scientific writing and thus increases the acceptance rate of research work.
A total of 125 participants registered for the workshop from 5 different colleges. The PG students participated in an insightful workshop where they were guided through the essential elements of crafting a compelling and structured dissertation. Students also received practical tips on time management and overcoming common challenges faced during dissertation writing, empowering them to approach their projects with confidence and clarity.
