World AIDS Day was observed by organizing an awareness talk with a focus on the theme "Taking the Rights Path" at the Income Tax Office in Attavar, Mangalore. The resource person, Dr. Supriya Amanna, Senior Lecturer, Department of Public Health Dentistry, Yenepoya Dental College, emphasized the importance of informed decisions in the prevention and management of HIV/AIDS. The message aimed at reducing stigma, encouraging proper practices, and ensuring people know their rights related to health care and HIV treatment and promoting inclusivity in health care. Almost 60 staffs of the income tax office attended the awareness talk.
